1. Basic information of business conditions

The General Terms and Conditions are intended to acquaint customers with the basic conditions and purchase procedures in the UFNI.SI online store.

The sale and delivery of goods is possible on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username and password of his choice. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.

As a rule, all ordered items are delivered via GSL on the next working day, and no later than the second working day after the order is placed. If you need the ordered items faster, the package can be delivered on the same working day – write this in the order notes (applies to orders placed on a working day until 12 noon). We are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of GSL to your address.

Availability of information:
The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
– company identity (company name and registered office, register number),
– contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
– essential features goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
– availability of items (any item or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
– conditions of delivery of items or execution of the service (manner, place and delivery time),
– all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly indicated whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
– the method of payment and delivery,
– the period of validity of the tender,
– the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the buyer to return the item,
– an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any details of the contact person or customer service.

2. Ordering

Ordering takes place via the Internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer selects and orders the products available to him in the online store, classified into categories. We accept orders via purchase in the online store or by e-mail naroci@ufni.eu

Orders by e-mail naroci@ufni.eu must contain: name and surname of the addressee / payer, street, postal code and place, contact telephone number and e-mail address, item name and other necessary specifications such as color, size and more.

After placing an order in the online store or by e-mail, the customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the customer. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. In case you want to withdraw from the order, please inform us no later than three hours after placing the order, by e-mail info@ufni.eu

The UFNI.SI online store reserves the right to reject an order for which it finds that it cannot execute it under the stated conditions and with the information at its disposal. If the buyer would have already paid according to the proforma invoice, in this case we will transfer the entire purchase price, including delivery costs, to the next working day.

All product images on the ufni.si online store are computer-rendered and minor color deviations may occur (due to the image angle, light, type of device you are accessing from, ().

3. Prices

All product prices are denominated in euros (EUR) and include 22% VAT, as the young innovative company is not yet a taxable person. The marked prices are valid at the time of placing the order and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are valid only for purchases in the online store ufni.si. The price does not include delivery unless your one-time purchase is more than 85.00 EUR.

VAT payers or customers are expressly required to provide their tax number at the time of purchase. This is stated in the order notes.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

The provider – online store ufni.si tries to take care of the up-to-dateness and correctness of the data listed online. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time and the price change, so that there is a minimal possibility that the provider may not correct the information on the websites at the same time as the change. In such a case, the customer is notified of the changes and allows the cancellation or replacement of the ordered item.

The buyer has the right to inform the seller (to the contact e-mail address info@ufni.eu) within 30 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The same applies in the event of a warranty claim. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 15 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The received goods must be returned undamaged (non-installed product), in the same quantity and in the original packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault. 

The bidder is not obliged to accept redemption shipments or shipments that do not meet the bidder’s general terms and conditions. Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity and in the original packaging, in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the goods) we return the payments made to the customer’s bank account. When returning the goods, please also send us the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account where you want the payment to be returned.

4. Strikethrough prices

All crossed-out prices in the online store are the recommended prices of our suppliers. Unless the product is misled as a campaign or a reduction in our price.

5. Warranty

Items have a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and upon submission of the invoice. The warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice. Warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page.

If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is not known at this time. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the provider, who will provide up-to-date information.

5. Delivery times

All shipments delivered on a working day, no later than 3 pm via GSL, will be shipped as a rule on the same day. In the case of payment by proforma invoice, it is considered that the transfer to the account of the company UFNI doo is confirmed by 2 pm Delivery time for products in stock is usually 2-5 days. If the delivery time is exceptionally longer, we will inform you within 24 hours.

For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is extremely different and lasts from 4 days to 30 days or exceptionally even longer. Products for us are manufactured by the company FEVŽER TECHNOLOGIES doo from Slovenia. We suggest that you contact us at info@ufni.eu when ordering products that are not in stock. We will be happy to inform you how long it takes to wait for the desired product. Items are shipped on request. Delivery for the online store ufni.si is performed by GSL. For purchases over EUR 85.00, the delivery costs on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia are covered by the UFNI.SI online store.

6. Disclaimer

The provider makes every effort to ensure the up-to-dateness and correctness of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, the provider will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered item. The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions on articles written by visitors. The opinion provider reviews and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are misleading or offensive before publication. The provider is not responsible for the information in the opinions and disclaims any liability arising from the information in the opinions. Although the provider strives to provide accurate photographs of the items sold, all photographs must be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the properties of the item. The provider reserves the right to change the terms of business at any time and in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notice.

7. Complaints and disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the e-mail address info@ufni.eu. The appeal procedure is confidential. The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
